Harris is aware of the current phone problems we are experiencing at our Cordele facility and we are working hard to resolve it. Harris has recently upgraded our current phone/communication system in order to provide the type of service and support our customers expect and demand.
We understand this is an inconvenience for our customers and we apologize. Please know that we take your satisfaction with Harris products and service seriously and we are working diligently to resolve the problem and complete our upgrade.
For the time being, our system is working at about 70% capacity. If you have a problem, please bear with us, and follow these simple instructions.
